Who are you referring to? I did not think he was being genuine, I thought it was pretty obvious he was being satirical/sarcastic. I took his post for what it was, so I reserve the right to laugh at them.

Yeah, no way it was encouraged by the Maxine Waters calls for loud obnoxious protests, Eric Holder's call for getting lower, the Nasty Women, the Kavanaugh protesters, etc. I doubt anyone could make the case that the rhetoric is an obvious response to what the antifas, socialists, etc. have been doing for the last 2 years.....

Right now, we don't know. But if you are going to blame Trump or Rush Limbaugh, it's just as likely a response to Maxine Waters, Hillary Clinton, or the same people that won't let Mitch McConnell enjoy a sweet tea.

What would rather have happen to you:

A group of screaming weird strangers surround your family including young children while at a restaurant in public with no protection. Not knowing if they have weapons or intend to harm you.

OR

Have a potential explosive device sent to a mailroom in a remote building in another state that is intercepted by the people in charge of protecting you who scan your mail for these types of things every single day?
 
How long do you think it will take to catch this person (or persons)?

Seems this isn't the brightest person. Can't imagine it taking more than a few days.

I am not a public servant paid by taxpayers but would I rather be harassed about my healthcare or tax plan at a restaurant or have a bomb sent to me? Hmmm. What kind of restaurant?

A bomb that would never come even close to you and you have people looking out for on the daily. Or people who may be just as capable of wearing a bomb or carrying a weapon surrounding and screaming at you and your little kids while you are on vacation?

It is a serious question- none of the mailed bombs were ever going to reach the people they were addressed to. It’s not like how regular people get their mail. I would be very concerned about strangers approaching me while out with my family not knowing what they are capable of. If you feel differently then whatever- not going to resort to name calling on a debate forum, pretty immature.

Trump understands and has condemned the bombs.
Too bad the Dems will only condemn something based on who it’s aimed at, not on whether it’s wrong period.

And what if the bombs detonated on whoever was handling the packages? The fact that you're trying to paint bombs as less serious than progressive loons yelling at Republican politicians in a restaurant is truly astounding.

Not painting it as less serious, just asking a question. You answered with a “what if?”- I asked which would you rather have happen to you personally if you had to chose. It is a debate forum, is it not? If you have to pick one option- a package mailed to a place where you know you will never be near it or stranger with bad intentions and potential weapons approach, surround you and your family at BWs or Cheesecake Factory which would you chose?
 
You're adding a whole lot of fluff to paint one as less serious as the other, that much is obvious. Why not just state what the two really are? Someone sending a bomb to a politician or protesters yelling at a politician at a restaurant? You can add as many ifs or buts to the latter scenario, but it's clear one is more serious than the other. If you're a fan of the law then we can also argue which one is more serious in that context if you'd like.

If you put yourself in their shoes, it is very different. None of the people involved have lives like ours- they don’t even get mail until it has been Xrayed and sniffed by dogs. One is a controlled environment where there is little chance the person addressed will get harmed and the other is a spontaneous situation with many unknowns. I have no hidden agenda despite your assumptions, actually think it is an interesting question that I was discussing with a relative who has seen the levels of security involved with Senators and such first hand.
