Lol...Trump claimed he isn't allowed to testify because of the gag order. Obviously no attorney is going to put a serial liar like trump on the stand to be crossed by a prosecutor. He just thinks his base is dumb enough to believe his explanation.

The judge actually made a statement about this in court yesterday saying that the gag order in no way stops him from testifying.

No it just hamstrings his campaign as others can make claims about this trial that he can't refute. Of course that was the goal of the indictment. Election interference can't be more in your face then this charade. The good news is that the country isn't buying it and unless the Prosecutors drop a bombshell Trump may be found not guilty by the Kangaroo jury.

Had he not threatened court officials and their families, he wouldn't be in the dilemma of a gag order. As usual, Trump has no one to blame but himself.

You can have concern about the reason charges were brought about on Trump for this case, but don't degrade our judicial system. He is getting his day in court. In fact, this isn't his only criminal trial. Again, Trump has no one to blame but himself for spending so much time in court.
