Final Comments:
Our goal this year is to build the foundation for a strong culture for the Triad Basketball Program. We want to create a culture with kids who are Tough (mentally & physically), Respectful (to each other, opponents, refs, etc.), Thankful, and play Together. When the community comes out to watch us play we want them to leave with the impression that our team plays selflessly, is humble, encourages each other, holds each other accountable, plays hard, overcomes adversity, and has great body language.
This year's team will be athletic. We have 5-6 kids who can really shoot the basketball. We think we will be pretty tough on the defensive end of the floor by pressuring the basketball and being in the correct position at all times.
We are a small basketball team, so we will need to focus on and commit 5 players to rebound the basketball on every possession.
