Team's style of offense: We must be unselfish and willing to make the extra pass. Our team is well balanced offensively. I want every player on the floor to be a threat to score on the offensive end of the floor.
Team's style of defense: Defensively, we will be playing man to man, trying to put pressure on the basketball. We need to box out and limit offensive rebounds from the opposing teams.

Final Comments:
We have a good core of kids coming back, and we need to mix in some younger players to fill a few spots that were left via graduation. Our strengths will be on the defensive end, we have a variety of players that can play multiple positions which will help. Weaknesses are: we must find out our identity offensively. With having a new coach and a late start due to football and soccer success in the fall, it is going to take time to get the kids acclimated to what we are looking for. In order for us to be successful, we have to play as a team. It will take all 5 guys on the floor to play as one cohesive unit.
