Naming the New Middle School after a recent teacher?

Saw some talk about naming the new middle school after a recent teacher. Kind of curious what people in Tallmadge really think?

Seems there are some other teachers that should be in the running if we were to pick a local for the honor...

From what I was told, there was supposed to be a group of students that were supposed to attend the last school board meeting and they were supposed to have a petition with this teachers name.

They were not there.
