People still won’t go to A’s Games. Baseball to long and boring these days. Way more fun and exciting stuff to do in Vegas!!

Oh there will be all sorts of booze and gambling opportunities in that stadium. People will go - at least in the beginning. And, just like with the Vegas NHL franchise, it will be a destination road trip for fans of the other 31 teams.

I totally disagree. Especially since MLB is going to a balanced schedule where every team plays every team each year.

If the Reds go out to Vegas once every two years, you don’t think some Reds fans are going to make that trip and go to a couple games as part of their Vegas trip?

People like to go to Vegas right? Some will plan their trip around when their favorite team will be playing there. So you take your Vegas trip for a week, gamble a bunch, catch a few shows and go to a ball game or two.

I'm not making this up, it has been happening for 3 years with the NHL Vegas team. They are almost always playing to a full house.
