In the spirit of teams jumping to other leagues, potentially are, or the maybe/not sure/they are/they aren't. Create your own conference/league.

Rules: Has to have a minimum 8 teams. Can be a League of 2 or 3 conferences each containing 8 teams. No restrictions on travel.

Watching all of the movement taking shape in the "Licking County" League, I imagine it might need a new identity. Nevertheless, I would enjoy a League that looks like this...

League Name: Tri County League

Conference: Ohio
Canal Winchester
Granville
Lancaster
Licking Heights
Newark
Tri Valley
Watkins Memorial
Zanesville

Conference: Buckeye
Amanda CC
Heath
Johnstown
Lakewood
Liberty Union
Licking Valley
Newark Catholic
Sheridan

Conference: Cardinal
Berne Union
Fairfield Christian
Fisher Catholic
Miller
Millersport
Northridge
Rosecrans
Utica

Actually, your conferences look pretty good!

OHC-CBC Merger

Are there kickings in football? Absolutely! Is this all made up? Absolutely! Would it ever make any sense? Hell no! Is it fun to think about? Debateable!

But in every sport but football, it actually isn't all that bad. Most of those schools play each other in everything but boys basketball, and honestly, would it make more sense to remove schools like Dubline Jerome, Olentangy, Cardinal Stritch, Grandview Heights, and Maumee Valley Country Day off the boys basketball schedules in exchange for some other more local schools? Yeah, it does.

Ohio Northeastern Catholic League:

Father:
- St Ed’s
- St Ignatius
- Hoban
- Walsh Jesuit
- SVSM
- Benedictine

Son:
- Gilmour
- NDCL
- University School
- VASJ
- Padua
- Holy Name
- Mooney
- Ursuline

Holy Spirit:
- Lake Catholic
- Cleveland Central Catholic
- Elyria Catholic
- Canton Central Catholic
- Trinity
- Warren JFK
- Ashtabula St. John
- Louisville St. Thomas Aquinas

I really was just trying a way to get Ed’s, Ignatius, and Hoban together.

Also, if I could think of two more smaller schools, I would probably do 4 divisions of 6, but I couldn’t think of anyone else. Tuscarawas Central Catholic could be one, and if there was a D5 one, that would be perfect.

Basically-
Father:
- St Ed’s
- St Ignatius
- Hoban
- Walsh Jesuit
- SVSM
- Benedictine

Son:
- Gilmour
- NDCL
- University School
- VASJ
- Padua

Holy:
- Ursuline
- Mooney
- Lake Catholic
- Cleveland Central Catholic
- Elyria Catholic
- Trinity (or Mystery School)

Spirit:
- Canton Central Catholic
- Warren JFK
- Ashtabula St. John
- Louisville St. Thomas Aquinas
- Tuscarawas Central Catholic

I thought about doing the same thing, but the geography seemed too weird.

If geography is ignored, I think you’re missing a few big names (Hartley, St Charles, the other Toledo Catholics, etc.), but otherwise pretty comprehensive.

You missed Roger Bacon (Bishops) and Purcell Marian (Pastors)

Defiance
Bryan
Napoleon
Wauseon
Ottawa-Glandorf
Van Wert
Bowling Green
Maumee

Could replace Maumee with Liberty-Benton if wanted/needed.

Lots of travel, and no way VW or OG would ever leave the WBL. But since these are dreams, this feels like the absolute best conference Defiance could ever be in. And that's all I care about.

I actually like the current GCC just fine.

My ideal league would be to get it to 8 with Solon back or a team like Hudson or Berea or Wadsworth

The Bluffton-Bluffton Conference

It's just Bluffton (Ohio) and Bluffton (Indiana) no one else.
And their conference mandates force them to strictly only play each other in every sport. No one else. No OOC matches. Just Bluffton.
In this same vein, we need a concurrent 6-team in-season weekend baseball tournament featuring

Anthony Wayne
Huber Heights Wayne
Wayne Trace
Waynesville
Waynedale
Norwayne

We were three postseason wins away from having a Waynedale and Waynesville D3 title game in baseball this past season.

The stars just didn't align...

Also, you also forgot Waynesfield-Goshen. Who would be comedically outmatched against the rest of the Lil' Wayne conference you've set up.

You excommunicated st Charles and Bishop Hartley

If travel was no issue...how about some kind of super league? One crossover game every year.

NORTH Conference
Toledo Central Catholic
St. Edwards
Archbishop Hoban
St. Ignatius
Massillon
Avon
Cleveland Glenville

SOUTH Conference
Pickerington Central
Cincinnati St. Xavier
Archbishop Moeller
Springfield
Lakota West
Cincinnati Elder
Cincinnati Winton Woods

I don't know enough about the larger schools, but just looked at last year's state rankings and accounted for Picktown's past instead of Gahanna's recent success. Could probably replace schools in each conference.

Just give me back the old TAC-8

Brookfield
Hubbard
Girard
Lakeview
Champion
Newton Falls
Liberty
LaBrae
And how about a conference whose legacy is unmatched--the old Buckeye Conference.

Elyria Pioneers
Findlay Trojans
Fremont Ross Little Giants
Lorain Admiral King Admirals
Lorain Senior Steelmen
Mansfield Senior Tygers
Marion Harding Presidents
Sandusky Blue Streaks

Yeah, I know that Admiral King and Lorain Senior are no going around. And now I turn off the oldies station I've been listening to for the last five minutes.
