Lindsay Revmatas (2024) 2023 2nd team all-conference, 1st team all county P/CF
Erin Dean (2026) 2023 Honorable mention All conference and All county P/1B/CF

New impact players:
Briana Webster (2027) SS and Carmen McMinn (2027) 2B are two freshmen who led their middle school teams to the conference championship last season with extensive travel ball experience. Both players typically play a little more than 100 games in a year against some of the best 2027's around the region. Briana and Carmen both have tons of pop at the plate with several Homeruns throughout last year. Another exciting player with tons of speed to watch will be Izzy Schilens as she is also a freshman expected to start in the OF for the Shoregals! This freshman group will be exciting to watch!

Final Comments:
The team is pretty sound but going through a significant change at the coaching level. The team has learned an entirely different play call system and playing style. The team is coming together and the season's growth should be exciting to watch! We will have 3 starting pitchers and a freshman who can throw also if needed. With tons of power and speed in the lineup, the team will be challenged to stay healthy throughout the season and to adapt to the coaching changes. Our season goal is to think one game at a time, master our plays, and enjoy the season. Our hope is that if we follow the process then we should be excited with the outcome. The future looks bright for Avon Lake Softball!
