When are we going to get away from the Faust style coaching where we need a overwhelming talent advantage to overcome the uninspired, mistake prone performance unable to make adequate coaching adjustments to beat teams we obviously have more talent than?
Is a coach sanctioned by the OHSAA who has DEMONSTRATED that without overwhelming talent his teams underperform, ANOTHER coach we want to make a long term commitment to and what effect will the increased scrutiny by the OHSAA have on limiting the talent pool / performance of the team?!
