Daddy
Only four regions (14, 20, 23, and 24) where all four of the higher seeds won their home playoff games. More evidence of Ohio's depth!

Does strength of schedule figure into the formula to calculate points?

You get L2 points for each victory your defeated opponents get.

So, yes. But, a loss is 0, no matter how good or bad the team.

That is a yes and no.

you get level 2 points for teams you beat as long as they have beaten someone as well, but lets hypothetically say a team played a schedule that consisted of all the top teams in Ohio and they lost all of them by an average of 3-5 points. No matter how good that team is, you would not get any points because it had 0 wins. It is better to play a mediocre team with a weak schedule then play a good to great team with a extremely hard schedule.
