Gotta love the random first place vote for Moeller.

Yeah, that was a nice leap based on the Trinity game. haha. It wasn't me, swear.

My top six were:

Ed
Iggy
X
Moe
Whitmer
Colerain

don't remember the rest.
Iggy still number two after their rivalry game, X and Moe two good showings the last two weeks against nationally top ranked competition, yet X beat Moe. Whitmer undefeated but has only played a couple of decent teams and remembering what happened after they had everyone pumped up last year, then Colerain who is undefeated, has beat X, but I don't believe they will again, which is why I bumped them down.

I think my last four were Massillon Washington, Pick North, Mentor, and Springboro- not necessarily in that order.

Iggy would roll Colerain. I may be a Colerain fan but they arent top 2.

It's amazing that 9-1 Cincinnati Sycamore (R4) team does not get any respect. They should be somewhere on this poll. They're better than X, Elder, Moeller etc. They will have a chance to prove it this Saturday versus Elder.

This is a laughable. No way they are better then X or Moeller. Without Simpson Sycamore doesnt go 9-1 this year.

.
You mean remember when Whitmer won their region and gave the eventual state champs a decent game in the semi finals? I don't think last season was too shabby for Whitmer.

Based on what? Beating 2-8 Fairfield 48-41? Beating 1-9 Princeton 27-26? Who have they played and beat that warrants them to be placed anywhere in the DI poll. The only really good team they played was Colerain at home and they lost. They didn't play Lakota West this season who had a very nice season. If they're really as good as you say, then they won't have trouble beating Elder this weekend and if they're lucky they will get St X in Round 2 and if they get through that probably Moeller in the R4 Final. Run that gauntlet and you can talk about them deserving to be on this top 10 list.

The past 2 years they made it to the final four and gave the eventual state champ a good game

Are you saying X is going to beat Colerain?

Personally I like X to beat Colerain, but I think it is a toss-up game.

If you read it carefully though, you will see I'm saying, "if [Sycamore] is lucky, they will get X in Round 2." Meaning they will get a chance to beat Elder, X and Moeller in back to back to back weeks, proving GoGreen's assumption that they are better than Elder, Moeller and X.
