Buchtel scored to go up 19-7 with 3:40 left. Ellet had a nice diving catch for a 40 yard play and couPle other good plays to make it 19-14 with 2 minutes or so left

With 3 time outs Ellet kicked it deep. On second and 11 Ellet #21 intercepted a buchtel pass. Ellet connected a couple of passes and eventually scored on a sneak with 1:03 left.

Buchtel got the ball back and had a couple nice plays and an Ellet PI to setup 1st and 10 on ellet's 20 with about 25 seconds. After a couple incompletions and a sack, the clock expired and buchtel was not set, yet the refs somehow let buchtel run another play. A lob to the end zone Fell incomplete and Ellet secured the win.

Great win for Ellet. I am a firm believer in....scoreboard. Ellet earned the win. The funny part about this is that NOBODY is surprised that Powers would throw in that situation. Helter-skelter football with a team full of great speed at 1040.

Buchtel couldn't run against Ellet.. I don't mind buchtel throwing BUT not that pass. Should have rolled the qb.


With Ellet just man 2 man the whole game with no safety, I would have thrown in that situation. By the way Ellet had as much speed in skill positions as buchtel

What happen tonight is what I was scared of what could happen. Nonetheless I would like to congratulate Ellet on a victory well earned. THEY WERE THE BETTER TEAM PERIOD!
