This should still be a good game for both teams. I still feel VV is developing and progressing.

In the Franklin vs Bellbrook game did Kennard get pressured at all? I am curious as to the pressure that Bellbrook put on Kennard. I know VV has not used the shotgun to this point. I wish they would put it back in for another option to give the #5 quarterback more time.

A battle of two once great programs in the SWBL... This used to be a game that was a measuring stick game at a point in the season in which VV was looking to the playoff's and this game sort of determined how good a VV team was in the late 90's early 2000's when Bellbrook as a true contender to spoil the Spartans dominance over the SWBL. Now it's a sad reminder that the once mighty have fallen to all time lows. Which team will emerge as the victor Friday and take a step forward towards getting out of the cellar in the SWBL? It's really anyones guess... but it serves as a great reminder to both once mighty programs of what once was.....

Bellbrook really shot themselves in the foot last week with six turnovers, two on muffed returns that put Franklin in the Bellbrook red zone to begin drives. Valley View has been getting better each week and will be tough to beat in Germantown at homecoming.

Cheap plug - this game will be on cindaysports.com @ 7:15pm.

Missed opportunities and turnovers seemed to hurt VV tonight. Hopefully VV can open it up more. I'd love to see the shotgun for #5. #27 had a good game tonight for VV.

First VV game I have been to this year and I was impressed with how hard the kids played. Down 16-3 and came back. Don't think that would have happened the last couple of years. VV is 2-4 and have lost 3 games by 10 points total so they are competing.

Like the previous poster, I would like to see Smith in the shotgun some also. That would just give him a little more time to make his reads and look over the field better.

Good luck the rest of the way Spartans! You have a tough 3 game stretch coming up.
