Inter-Tri-County League, 2012
I know that Jackson-Milton will return a talented team, as will Wellsville and Western Reserve. Sebring will have five seniors returning, but two others decided to pursue other endeavors.

Any thoughts on the upcoming season?

Wellsville has four returning starters and should be very competitive. They are well coached and should give anyone in the lower tier a great match.
We open with Western Reserve at home on Aug. 28th.

You may think I'm crazy, but I think SR Volleyball is going to surprise people this year. A young but energetic coach, and two strong classes coming up the ranks spells continued improvement.
Only a scrimmage, but they beat Poland on both the JV and Varsity levels today.

congrats for finding your way to yappi.

wrestlinbuck (me) is trying to find his way back to the internet after moving.

Now back to Inter - Tri - County League ...

East Palestine made a run last year.

Do any have the chance to challenge at the district regional level this year?

Sebring travels to Malvern on Monday to open the season, followed by a long drive to Lowellville on Tuesday. They will host Columbiana on Thursday, then head to Lisbon on Saturday for a tri-match.

I'm looking forward to this week!

After losing 3-0 to Malvern last night, the Sebring regroups and takes Lowellville in 5, winning the last game 18-16.

I told you SR would be greatly improved ;-)

After a 3-16 year last year, they are 7-6 and lost in five close sets to Springfield this week.
JV's are undefeated.
After a long drought, The future looks bright!

How good is Jackson-Milton ? 12-1 (9-0 ITCL Tier 1). Are they the team to beat ? Ranked 18th in Div. IV State Poll !!

They are the best team I have seen this year. 2-3 strong front row girls and a solid back row.

Scopio- Have you seen Wellsville play this year ? They, like JM,are pretty strong and had a great season. I have not seen JM play this year, most likely will come down to them and the Lady Tigers in the District tournament.

I have not pepperpot, but good luck to your Lady Tigers.

SR beat JM last week, which was their first ITCL loss.

SR finishes 14-7 and the JV's 17-1. After years of drought, the future looks bright for the Raiders.

Should be a great match, hope Wellsville comes to play in the early games, tough to beat a good team when you are down 2 games. They did pull it off last night, showed a lot of heart and not quitting attitude.

Sorry, I meant about South Range, not JM/Wellsville.

SR wins their first District Title against Springfield.

The District One Senior Classic will be played next Sunday, at United High School, beginning at 2:00, followed by a 3:00 game. Awards will follow. The game will feature the top players from Mahoning, Columbiana, and Trumbull Counties.
