Whisler a former Middle School state champion will be a sophomore at Howland. Senior Gabe Stark from Howland also finished 5th last season at 138 will be moving up a class this year and should crack the top 3.

I evaluated Mackall at 113.
Stark was evaluated at 145
Williams finished higher in folkstyle at state and faired extremely well at Sophomores.
Cody Burcher at 113? He just wrestled Fila Cadets at 138.5. A cut to 120 will be tough.
Heard Burcher cut from 135 last year to 106, also heard him wrestling at 138.5 is without cutting weight, 120 might be a fair assessment, Warner will go oppo of Burcher at 113/120

He had a awesome match with Assad at state and I think he is Rite there with Brown. NO doubt!
He would do well at 13s as well maybe top 3.

He is listing a top 3 for now, several solid wrestler's will battle that aren't on this initial list for top 3. Weights are always tough at this time of year.

here we are again!!! i thought you guys were joking about this pay scale!! hell, cant blame $cotty for going were the money is!!! my question is, how does the head coach say $cotty is a volunteer, when a parent or community booster pays $cotty any kind of money?? and i bet $cotty will not be in wauseon in 3 years..when this sophmore class graduates is $cotty still gonna volunteer as a coach?? ive watched our wrestling club get divided by things like this! when the romanian wrestler or wherever the hell he was from come into our program, .here is some advice ..lets follow the state rules and try to have some of our own allumni coach our boys!!!! my son is coming up threw the wauseon program,and i would love it if guys like jacob ramos,josh burkholder, and any oher wauseon greats would be in our program,,no disrespect to $cotty, the guy is one of ohios best, but to build a great program you need to have old wauseon wrestlers give back!!!
