I don't think he played AAU and at Fairborn he was forced to score. He will have to learn to be a true pg. I think this is a good move for him and he will end up D1 maybe not major d1 but your right he can flat out play

Saw this kid play this year twice and was the most dominant player I saw the entire year. I watched the likes of Dunbar, Moeller, Springboro, CJ, Franklin, and several FTTH games, still he was the best. Not saying he has the most talent or the biggest upside. But he can flat out hoop. Both games I saw he dropped over 34 and 44 respectively.

How's his grades and/or SAT scores. When I see "head scratchers" like this one, I have to wonder. This kid can ball.

i think his attitude and defense held him back from recruitment, he definitly can score though. very good outside shot, good moves and drives, is a finisher

Thanks never seem him at any of the big tournaments. I liked his game and liked even more when he stuck with Fairborn and didn't jump ship somewhere else. Just think he needs to develop a little more into a pg

He has 3.55 gpa and got a 23 on his ACT. Ask his aau coach he's a good kid, doesn't have an attitude problem. Does need to be more of a true pg and Play better D.

Numba1Hoopa, thanks for the update. Too often we have kids that get it done on the court/field but not in the classroom. I'm glad that this is not the case. Columbus State CC is still surprising but I wish the best for the kid.

Completely agree...Been watching him since 6th grade WeeHawks, he's smart, and there is nothing wrong with his attitude, he's a normal teenage kid. Maybe playing at a different school with a different coach will develop his game a little more where he can move up to D1..But I don't think Fairborn could have asked for a better kid to represent them..

Interested to get thoughts on this? Cats this is just a thought. You say that you like him also because he didn't jump ship and was loyal to Fairborn but obviously didn't get direction or improve overall since his freshman year. He could always score but Fairborn played a zone most of his career and this kid has all the makings of a D-1 athlete but didn't get a sniff even though he had the grades and test scores. Look at where he's at now. Nothing wrong with this route if you have too but he shouldn't be at junior college. Not saying he should of left but this is clearly why some players and families look for other options! Thoughts???

Your right. It is why a lot of parents take there kids elsewhere. I think he did what he had to do for Fairborn and that was score just like for football he had to play QB for them to move the ball. Also for basketball I think and I could be wrong you get a lot of your offers from AAU. Wondering how much time he put in over the summer since he also played football
