Sorry. I'm just upset at how Lockland is doing things. I'm not downing the team. I'm always going to support the teams. I just don't agree with what Lockland is doing inside the school and their athletic decisions.
Lockland will have 6'1" 190lb. Se'Von Jackson at QB this season (unless that Reading kid finds a way to enroll). I heard he's doing well. Needs to work on his long-ball, though.
6'3" 170lb. Anthony Marshall will be at WR. This is his first year of football and he's a senior. But I heard he's doing pretty good as well. Marshall flies under the radar in the sports he plays. Last basketball season, he didn't play many minutes. But he surprised us with those two super clutch three pointers in that District Finals game vs. Russia. Maybe he will have another surprise for us this football season??? Time will tell, but I heard he may be the Panthers' top receiver this year.
6'1" 170lb. Omar Ba may be Lockland's top RB. Not sure though.
Jackson and Marshall did good vs. Woodward the other day in a scrimmage. The two connected on two TD passes.

talk to some people who were at the passing scrimmage today ;; at richardson park ;; said the team looks great ;; averginging between 40 and 45 kids a. t practice . they are work ing out everyday .. running the spread out of the pistol l ;;' marshall looks great ,. no bell robinson ??? coaching staff solid . no tim finn ; he fell a sleep again ; no angus and spidey . mark ellis will return ;; and a great coach has been added in steve brogran . a vetetran with lots of expeirence .good guy . angus is moving into a co .job to help donna h. with the free lunch program . no coaching for him. spidey is headed to funnytown hs this team looks very athletic with a huge line . good luck ty and your staff . should be a 7 or 8 wins season ;; i know ty wants two wins badly ; summit and deer park ;; do you blame him ...,.,. ??? ps . since they moved jackson to Q b . ; THEY NEED A RUNNING BACK ;; MAD AT AD BECAUSE OF LACK OF ACTION ON THE BRAZIL KID ??? fairfield did not play lockland today ;; lockland ran out of troops and had to call it quits ;; but lockland looked good fairfield was runnerup today to an all star team ;; northwest s coach murphry almost got in a fight with one of the allstar teams ;;; sad behavior in a passing scrimmage .. ., coach copeland has the panthers ready to go ;; where were you eazzy boy ??at the castle ?? northwest talking big things ;; time will tell . fairfield looked improved ;;northwest very athletic but wild ;; lockland great on def. jackson not throwing very well ;; lets throw the ball and keep coaches like tim dunn honest . no 8 in the box this year timmy ha ha ??

Sounds good. And I heard Eric Robinson will be playing. He's just in Indiana this summer visiting family. Heard he's still working on his game there in Indiana. I hope someone can find us a RB if we need one so bad.
Insider, did Lockland get any key transfers for football? 40-45 kids a practice is a lot more than the past couple years. Either we've received some transfers or Copeland is really talking these kids into playing football. Or both. Either way, it's looking great.

Nice. You only listed 4 linemen though. Who is the 5th? Charles Harris? I've never heard of Will Cole before. Do you know the new LB's name? Where is he from?

Some kids didn't even play. Cody Harbour didn't play last year (soph. year) for some reason, but played his freshman year. And Chance Robinson was a freshman last year. He didn't play varsity.

lockland just missed out on a player who has great potential on the football field. 6'3 220+lb. arin reynolds had been playing for lockland this spring but recently moved to newport ky to play for d1 newport hs. i dont think the move was football related.
wll cole 6 2 279 ; did not play last year ;; not sure on that lb ; a train says he left ?? maybe ?? lockland looks good to me ,, plenty of talent; might lack expierence ; coaches are working them hard ;; great job so far ;; chance might be 3 bills ;;needs to get in shape has a bunch of talent ;; some did not play ; dude ;;they were fishin in the millcreeck ;; they are huge ;; lockland might be the surprise team in the mvc ;; but time will tell ;; running backs are too light too slow ;;, to be honest ,,,for once , iam shocked at what i am seeing ;;wow eazzy ;;are you still giving up ??? watch out nch and chca ../ ;

No way. I wasn't ready to jump on the Summit bandwagon. I was just getting ready to jump off the Lockland ship. But since things aren't as bad as what they seem/sound, then I'm still on board!
Yeah, I disagree with what they did with Meibs, G-Tree, etc. But I'm a fan of Lockland sports. All I mostly care about are wins. The stuff that happens on the playing field. As long as they continue their ways of winning, then I don't have much to complain about as a fan. Coaches come and go. Some leave in a good way, some not so good.
From now on, I'm going to keep my big mouth shut about things at Lockland. I've been WAY too verbal on my opinions and was out of control. I guess my emotions got the best of me on those days.

You make it seem as if we're bashing on the teams. I have nothing at all against you all as a team. I don't believe I ever said anything negative about the football and basketball teams. The only people I've been bashing are the people in charge at Lockland.
If we did say you all were going to be bad, it wasn't in a disrespectful way. We were just posting our opinions on how we think the teams will do this coming year. You all lost some good playmakers (Gilbert, Barnes, Beasley, and Harper). So of course we will assume you all will struggle a little. Ditto for the basketball team. Losing Wedlock, Gilbert, and possibly Wingfield is a devastating blow to the basketball team.
By the way, what did you mean when you said we didn't know what you all have in store for basketball?
