Verified with a PAC principal -

It was the Prinicipal's who voted not to expand...reason he gave -

Reason why the PAC will not expand - We just expanded this year and principals feel no desire to rush into another expansion. We also feel we can make the PAC a very strong conference in ways other than athletics as well.

It never even made it to the Principals.

Yesterdays meeting was an AD meeting. The Principals have never voted.
