I also enjoyed seeing that Louisville-Lake was a friendly rivalry; the girls know each other from travel ball and were laughing and joking at the concession stand in between games, a big thumbs up.
Besides Louisville talent in league looks way down this year. They should walk through league schedule.
Maybe, West Branch and Carrollton are pretty good teams. I'm hoping Tuesday isn't a trap game for Louisville a day removed from Hoover we host West Branch.
Louisville 15
West Branch 5
5 innings
Falcone gets the win for Louisville. West Branch was leading early but Louisville bombs led to final score. Isla, Rice, Falcone hrs.

An amazing stat is Falcone has never tallied a loss.
Didn't get to make it because I was traveling, big thanks to one of the parents that wishes to remain anymous for the video, pictures, and notes on the game:
Conference looks way down this year. Leopards will win it without a problem.
I agree, we might have a hiccup you never know. AKA Carrollton who always gives us fits. But after squeaky victories the last few years over Alliance, to beat them 12-0 in 6 told me a lot about how the NBC was going to go. Got to thank Louisville's Out of Conference schedule with a lot of Fed teams and Coach Givens for turning it into a dynasty. He took over in 2009, three straight NBC titles and poised for a 4th.
Second half of the year last year the games got a little tighter as teams improved, so we'll see. I don't see Louisville losing three NBC games and losing two even is doubtful. Every other team has two losses and our biggest headache Carrollton has 4, so its looking good for the Leps.

2-hit shutout for Flanigan; she also hit one out.
Swigert had an inside-the-parker as well, maybe not officially but she went home to home that's a HR to me. The rep didn't even have Flanigan's HR listed in the paragraph underneath. Here's a recap of what I found out, I was at South covering the boys though:
