Quite frankly, Range will hit D4 with the location of their new campus just south of Canfield. Look for some defectors from Cardinal land.
With the increased property taxes, due to that new campus, the population in the South Range school district is actually going down. It has become to expensive for a family to afford a home in the district. Even for those rich Cardinals!

South Range is losing a ton of money by not having the open enrollment in their district. They donot have to accept all open enrollment applications, they can pick and choose their students. They are one of the top notched districts in this part of the State. As far as United is concerned, what in the world are they thinking, or I should say were they thinking at all.

Exactly what I was hinting at, in order for that district to survive, open enrollment must be instituted. Then watch the defectors from
Cardinal land file in. Of course, it worked the opposite in Ep, due to a brainless board of education. United is run by a bunch of personal agendas, remember Sharkey? He was canned for a friend's friend. Ep scarfed him up and had a good competetive team for a couple years that made the playoffs.
Hey Dog, This alittle off topic. All this talk of old times got me wondering.Do you know what became of the coach you guys had out there a few years back. I think his name was Blevens. I remember Palestine did very well the years he was there.
Western Reserve- Alot of young talent and starting to build tradition. Its their crown till someone takes it from them.
Columbiana- I don't know alot about this team. I know they will be aggressive and play hard. They have a great coach. These characteristics alone win them games in the ITCL lower teir.
McDonald- Young kids. 1 year away from being the powerhouse they once were. Dan Williams will out coach every other team in the ITCL.
Wellsville- Some good talent. No structure. They may win some games they shouldn't but will still finish around .500. Any decent team that played wellsville last year blew them out.
Southern- alot of internal problems. Griffeth of Griffen is back. He will had to be the leader and push this team as far as they can go. This is a sleeper pick. Could finish as high as second, i feel they'll be 5th.
Lowellville- they have talent, they just need to stop worrying about everyone else and show up and acually play.
Leetonia- they played really tough against Columbiana and Reserve last year. If they would play like that every week they would have been in the playoffs last year. alot of rebuilding.
Sebring-Replacing the franchise of Dakota Wangner will be impossible fore this crew. without him i haven't a clue who will make a tackle for this team. Last year he had 25 or something like that against McD. Sadly looks like we are back to the Sebring of old.
WR isn't starting to build a tradition..they have one..and they worked very hard for it...5 playoff appearances in 6 years...and they year they didn't go they were still 6-4...that is impressive!
All I know about McDonald is what I saw with my own eyes and they didn't have a lot of impressive people last year...they will surely be a year older and bigger/stronger but "powerhouse" might be pushing it. Interested to see the WR vs. McDonald game now that the curse is broken ha.

We talk about the curse being broken when they win more than one game in 23 years. I think 2012 is the start to another win streak for McDonald.
5 out of 6 is a start. something like 15 of 20 would be tradition. wr was trash throughout the 1990's and early 2000's. whats all this intitlement. go earn your tradition. 5 out of 6 nice streak. tell me about tradition in 5 more years
and mcdonald wasn't this mystical powerhouse for those 22 years. reserve was just worse. the curse was from 2006 when reserve was good enough to compete and win but fell short. fortunatly for mcdonald they have had some great itcl teams in those years. not taking away from any of their previous good teams. they've surely had more overall success than wr.
Western Reserve doesn't belong in the same sentence as McDonald unless someone asked who did McDonald beat for 23 games straight. Please stop disrespecting the league powerhouse
no argument here to the fact that McDonald dominated WR for a very long time but lets be honest here...the last several years of that rivalry have been an absolute dog fight (with McDonald winning) and then WR was able to put it on McDonald last year. I got to say that at this point in time most people would argue that WR is above McDonald....now you are right in the fact that WR needs to continue success to have a true tradition but they do have a very nice start. Which is why this years game looms large. If WR can beat a McDonald team that is going to be considered a "powerhouse" then the argument for WR being the best team in the lower tier is cemented for at least the time being.
There aren't many teams in the state of Ohio that can claim being in the playoffs 5 of the last 6 years...that is quite an accomplishment..one that McDonald currently has going for itself as well.
it all goes back to what have you done latley mcd you dint get it done this year! again live with the present and deal with the fact that you are just another team in the itcl and may be for quite some time . by the way love your facilities
allison will turn heads just like the last 3 reserve qb's. wr throws more than any other team in the league so naturally their qb's are going to have some nice stats. Allison will end up being 1st team all league as long as he doesnt suffer an injury. This may be a year were the itcl has multible decent qbs such as in 2010 with Tayala and Clegg or in 2008 when Ewing and Carter were both first team. (in 2009 carter played RB). also i kow im leaving out many great qb's of the past
and the lower teir isn't the real deal. proud to say that the last 2 years the league has had its champion playing for a regional title. The real deal is like the MAC with Coldwater, Delphos, Marion Local and others. ITCL Lower tier is far away from being the real deal. the bottom half must become much more competitive first.
wow 360 you you must have stayed at a holiday inn express last night , you are the smartest poster i have seen on yappi and thats saying alot AMAZING!!!
Umm sir how so? im pretty sure you lose most of your line...and all your skill is young. A year away..even then you cant count on how they will develop.

Week 4 cant come soon enough. The Reserve vs Mcdoanld score might be worse then last year if hake lets it. Clegg had 6 completions for 200. 6 for 8. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!!!!??????? POWERHOUSE??????? They lined up like s against resevre. How can you cover 3 recievers with 2 defenders. Say what you want about Dan WIlliams but from what i saw he did a piss job at getting those kids ready last year. Reserve will throw the ball even more this year because the loss to bolton. They return 6- out of 8 top linemen, all who lettered and rotated at the starting spots minus the 2 seniors. 3 out of 4 starting recivers? I dont see mcdonald coming close. If Cameron Ifft, Zach Conely and Christain Rusinowski are your hopes then you might want to jump off a bridge. I think your qb had more completions to the other team then he did to his own recievers.
