We also like the trend here in the 'ville, things are looking up for us in the future, SL may be on shaky ground.

West Carrollton job is open

Just heard this morning that West Carrollton coach Rob Berger and some of his staff resigned. Superintendent and AD both have strong ties to Fairmont. Look for WC to raid the Fairmont staff for the new head coach.

Commins resigned last week, decided it was time to pursure other challenges. He was not fired, he was not asked to step down. In fact, he was asked to return with his staff. I wish coach Commins the best of luck in whatever he does in the future, he is a class guy and a damn good coach despite what you people on here say.

I concur. Vince Lombardi couldn't win at Oak Hills.

Oh goodie. Im sure the rest of the sbc is real happy about that. Now he can go back to running his mouth at the other teams players during the game - and at the other teams coaches before and after the game. Hes been caught doing that on video tape several times.

Heard that there will be a new leader at Nordonia in the fall. The Boosters and alumni are getting tired of 2-8 seasons. Brian...what is the scoop?

Yea, but at least he shows up and doesn't quit on the kids!

I don't think DS is any worse than a lot of coaches out there. I am not saying all his actions are condonebale (sp?), but he is not the things you say. Sore loser? Or does he just not like losing? BIG difference! Runs the score up? Maybe the other teams should try and stop his offense! Someone sounds bitter after an 0-10 season and ANOTHER coaching change.

God Bless if that's the case. Wally Hurdley the DC would be the perfect fit if that's the truth.

Don't be surprised if two school whom are rivals swap head coaches . Not mentioning names; however, it could happen?

I was not part of an 0-10 season. I am no longer affiliated with that program. Not bitter at all, I've seen his childish antics first hand. Pretty bad getting fired after all he did was win. He runs a top notch program, good coach, it just sounds like his character cost him his job. Somebody with some power over there didn't agree with his antics

I have also heard this from a very reliable source. Job most likely will not get posted until the spring.
