That is how I have it. Might not have gotten the order correct, but I think those were the best 10 D1 schools in the state this year. None of those teams have a loss outside of each other. Do not see how Iggy is not the unanimous #1 in this week's poll. Anyone that does not vote for Iggy should lose the right to voice their opinion on this forum. After that it gets blurry. I have Glenville at #2 because they played Iggy tough as usual, and that 57-28 win in week 3 has gained a lot of weight and might be one of the most impressive victories in D1 this year. Solon and Anderson went undefeated without playing any other members of the top 10 poll but look strong enough to compete in their regions and are dark horses to pull through. I would have had DC at #3 but with Stoudt out I dropped them below the two GCL teams fir that reason only. HD has to be placed behind DC no matter where I place them. I have HD and Anderson ahead of Elder because I think both squads would pound the ball down Elder's throat with their running attacks (area which Elder is weak). Colerain is one of the top 10 teams in the state regardless of what the Harbins say. They would take a program like North Royalton to the woodshed. R2 IMHO did not have anyone worthy to be ranked in the top 10. The top 3 teams from each of the other regions would be favored to come out of R2.

1- Iggy (deserve the top spot)
2- Glenville (Is this the year they get over the Iggy hump)
3- Coffman (Still not sure about Stoudt injury)
4- St Xavier (If they don't play down to their comp they can win it all)
5- Moeller (Turnover bug is just to prevelent and will eventually end year)
6- Davidson (Sleeper, Sleeper, Sleeper)
7- Solon (Nice season, nice team, to much other talent for them to make a run
8- Pick Central (Good, solid squad)
9- Anderson (lack of respect by D1 fans and coaches, are they a contender?)
10- Elder (injuries got the best of them this year, not a R4 contender)
Can you explain to all of us on this board why you have ranked a team (St. Xavier) higher than a team (St. Ignatius) that had beat them only last week? Love the fact that Glenville is #1 too, because Iggy has already beat them this year

Don't try to figure it out, Ignats...
There's not enough aspirin in your medicine chest to deaden the headache you'll likely develop. It's just 2-incher logic.
Iggy's...they have God on their side...and until he decides to give up the headset, stop walking the sidelines, and retire, they'll always be dominant when they have decent players...
Everyone else is an also-ran...(except, maybe, the R4 winner)

I think if Iggy plays Glenville or X again ON A NEUTRAL SITE they will lose. Hence my rankings sir.
It's happened before at least between X and Iggy. Reg. season winner goes down in final.
1. Cleveland St Ignatius
2. Cleveland Glenville
3. Dublin Coffman (Would have been the favorites to win state IMO if not for Cole Stoudt's serious injury)
4. Cincinnati St Xavier
5. Hilliard Davidson
6. Cincinnati Moeller
7. Solon
8. Huber Heights Wayne (If they are indeed healthy)
9. Toledo Whitmer
10. Cincinnati Elder
WHAT????? In what lifetime did that EVER happen????
Glenville has always seemed to have more die hards at the game than Ignatius. Where ever the game is played does not really matter anyways, these two schools pretty close in location.
