Well, it is that time of year again; time to begin planning for your 2008 Tournament season. Advantage Sports is now in its fourth year of providing tournament events here in the Cincinnati area. This year we are offering four(4) tournaments for you to choose from in the months of March, April, and May. Last year we held two events that drew 84 teams from 6 different states.
This year we are teaming up with three complexes in the Cincinnati area to host these events, Riverstar Sportsplex, Rivershore Park and Eggleston Park. All three of these parks have lights and are well maintained parks. Each provides full concessions and a good atmosphere to play baseball. Below you will find links to the websites for these parks so that you can see what each location has to offer.
All of our tournaments will be 3 game guarantee pool play events with the top 4 teams from each pool advancing to the championship single elimination round. All events will have age divisions 8U through 13U and team and individual trophies will be awarded in each of the age groups. Here are the tournaments that Advantage Sports is offering in the spring and summer of 2008:
Multi Tournament and team discounts are available, if you have more than one team from your organization signup or if your team signs up for multiple tournaments you can take a $50 discount on the entry fees for each tournament.
At the bottom of the e-mail you will see the teams that are participating to date. Many more teams have inquired and I anticipate these filling fast.
March 28 – 30 – Advantage Sports March Madness – This tournament will be held at Riverstar Sportsplex and Eggleston Park.
Cost $300 – ($50 deposit required upon registration balance due Feb. 1st, 2008)
April 11 – 13 – Advantage Sports April Showdown – This tournament will be held at Rivershore Park.
Cost $300 – ($50 deposit required upon registration balance due Feb. 1st, 2008)
April 25 – 27 – Advantage Sports Spring Classic – This event will be held at Eggleston Park, Riverstar Sportsplex and Rivershore Park.
Cost $300 – ($50 deposit required upon registration balance due Feb. 1st, 2008)
May 16 - 18 – Cincy Flames Tournament of Champions – Advantage Sport has teamed up with the 10U Cincy Flames to co-host this tournament. This event will be held at Eggleston Park.
Cost $350 – ($50 deposit required upon registration balance due Feb. 1st, 2008)
