i forgot about kyle cook from little miami. another great catcher. could be best in the city in the next couple of years. got hit and got a cannon for an arm.
ya def, ur last post have all been about the medira hurricane and milford kids ,
they are good players im not going to disagree witht tht,
i played against hurricans and thay were solid team
with stand outs , (Brown mitten and cook and AJ)
im jus sayin because i played against them last year for the scots and wes was a good fielder and cook has always been good since the xtrem days and aj always hit the ball good since we played them... i also played against wes on jv for milford. he was a good fielder again .. makes solid contact but cook and wilson are power hiiters. and wes pitching isnt the greatest i took one to the wall off him at oak hills . but he is a overall good player in my book and aj and cook are stand outs in my book
Princeton's Marcus Davis is the best player in the state IMO. 5 tool athlete who has already produced on the big stage via Midland baseball and perfect game appearances.. its him then everyone else

Most of these are good players. Each one with their positive and negative aspects. Reece hancock shouldn't be on there. A few of the others are questionable. This is basically the Heat roster of last year. May is a great player who I thought wouldn't be mentioned in here. Kyle cook is also a great catcher. Someone mentioned Matt Brown earlier. He is top 3 in this age in my opinion.(He's a junior) This list is missing players from teams like the Storm, Mustangs, and others. And a question, is Noah on there because of his pitching? It's decent but easily hittable. He's another that could be off the list.

Best player in the state... No. City.. No. He lacks the drive and commitment to baseball to be either. I have played top notch teams in this age for years. He was the best player in the city a few years ago. The columbous Cobras, Big Katz, and other teams from that area have some great players.

Noah is an all- around good player. can hit the ball. okay fielder. and is getting better at pitching.
I have a feeling you are a Flames guy. Honestly couldn't care. Last year Marcus was not driven and at times seemed to not even care. Maybe it was because of his injury, the team was losing, or something else. I'm not here to argue, just state my opinion.
As for Noah. You are both correct, but he's not top 10. I've played with him before and didn't think he was something special. Last year I played against him and wasn't impressed by his pitching at all. It was good, don't get me wrong. But I've played against Mizuno, East Cobb Astros, and the best teams in Ohio. I've seen much much better. I believe Mitch Durbin (pretty sure that's his name) of the Mustangs should be on here. Great hitter.

Now you have gone and jinxed Fairfield by mentioning Durbin's name. This thread had not once mentioned anyone from the indians team that rolled through the GMC last year. My opinion is that Marcus is a real good ballplayer and that Noah throws hard but does not manage his game real well when he is not throwing strikes, good kid though and is pretty good when he is on.
