I know you are a little slow and your reading comprehension is not quite up to par, so let me explain.

The comment that my post was in response to said "They can sleepwalk until April and still win the title".

Take a second and let that soak in to your thick skull. Then read my response again. Get back to me once you put it all together.

Right. They sleepwalk until April, when the playoffs start. So Western Conference teams have literally nothing to do with the sleepwalking part of Bluth's post. No surprise madge is has no idea when the playoffs start and when the Finals start.

Sure. The comment stated that they could sleepwalk until April and still win the title. I simply stated that there are some teams that may have something to say about that (winning the title). I'm not sure what's so hard to understand about that.

Still not sure what any of those teams are doing to prevent the Cavs from making the playoffs......when the sleep walking would end.....

Yes you are. You're simply being difficult to keep this perceived debate going. You know exactly what I was referring to, you're a smart guy.

No. There is no debate. You think Western Conference teams are somehow going to prevent the Cavs from making the playoffs in the east.

Really? Is that really what you think I think?

Ok Jim. Thanks for straightening that out for me, that Western conference teams aren't going to prevent the Eastern conference Cavs from making the playoffs.

Can Western conference teams prevent the Cavs from winning the NBA title?

Of course they can, what does that have to do with Bluth's original comment and your response?

Everything. It's really not that difficult. Those teams I mentioned might have something to say about the Cavs winning the title. See, easy. I'm confident you understand.

They have everything to do with preventing the Cavs from making the playoffs in the east (Bluth's original comment)? I thought we cleared this up already.

You seem like a good guy and we seem to be on the same page on most everything, so I'm going to drop this one. We both know exactly what I meant.

He puts the "I'm a D1CK!" hat on when he get's bored, I think.....it's not a permanent affliction with FU-Kemp, like it is for the guy posing as Boss Clone.

Love, love, love what we're seeing from Kevin this year. I think this is the guy we were all expecting after the trade. Awesome to see.

However, the Cavs bench is extremely weak and I'm not sure they are capable of defending their title in its current state. Griffin will have to make a move to get some help there

Great decision by Ty Lue, glad they don't cave to pressure from idiot fans and media.

If the NBA has a problem with it then eliminate back to backs

Back at ya Jim. If you lived in Memphis and bought a ticket for that game to see the world champs, would you be happy??

I don't have a problem with it, I do think it when teams do this, it's really bad for the overall NBA product. As far as I know, there has always been back to backs, and the league has had an 82 game season for awhile. So while we tend to feel today's athlete's are the best ever, they seem to get hurt more and take more time off than athletes of past generations.

It wouldn't affect me. If I lived in Memphis, I'm likely a Memphis Grizzlies fan. I want to see the Memphis Grizzlies players and I want to see them win the game.

I'm also intelligent enough to realize this is a real risk to take when purchasing the ticket. FWIW, this happened to me. I went to a Pacers-Clippers game hoping to see Blake, Chris Paul and DeAndre Jordan. Guess what happened? Chris Paul didn't play. I still had a great time.

As of 16 months ago, LeBron had played more minutes than the following players entire careers (regular season, playoffs, FIBA):
Clyde Drexler
Steve Nash
Jerry West
Larry Bird
Magic Johnson
Isiah Thomas

Through today, Lebron has played more minutes than everyone in the NBA's entire history except (regular season, playoffs, FIBA):
Kareem Abdul-Jabbar
Karl Malone
Jason Kidd
Kobe Bryant
Wilt Chamberlain

By the end of next year he will likely surpass all but Malone and Kareem.

One of the most amazing things about LeBron is his durability. Dude is a machine. Other than the slight knee injury he had a few years back, he never even seems to be dinged. And he plays a more physical style of basketball than even some of those mentioned above.

I think they need to cut down on number of games played, but it seems that the governing bodies of sports only ever increase games played, never decrease. Once the money is there, people are never willing to relinquish it (see: congress, NCAA, NFL, NBA, pretty much any organization)
