Do any of you regularly include a Yoga routine in your practices?

If so:

1) How do you decide which days to include it?

2) Does the number of days/week or days/microcycle depend on the phase/macrocycle?

3) What activities do you include in the routine(s)?

4) How long does this take? Assuming you had 5lb of taters in the sack to begin with, what did you drop to fit Yoga into your practice time?

5) Did you have an "expert" come to work with the team initially? Have you maintained that involvement? Did you pay for this assistance or was it a volunteer?

6) If you regularly include it weekly or more often, what are the primarly benefits in your opinion?
