Like to add that the Hodges Barn clan is back at it and Ron has been an awesome influence (with others) to make NWO back into a dominant region with the big city areas.
wauseon still looks like the team to beat. In addition to the kids already mentioned (Hodges, Krall and Schuette) you can add in Morrow- 2x league champ, state alternate, Whitcomb - league runner-up, Yarnell - former league champ, 2x district placer, Vonier - league champ, district qualifier
Heard Yarnell will be at 38 or 45, most likely will start at 45. Possible sleeper for anyone not from the NW, sort of a bigger name in JH, hopefully he can put a good season together as a senior.
Yarnell has been unfortunately derailed by 2 knee surgeries over his first 3 years of high school that cost him some significant mat time. He seems very healthy and motivated right now to put a nice season together.
Correct. Last year he was predicted to win Junior High state, but didn't end up wrestling at state due to injury. He is originally from Mansfield I believe.

Sounds like a great move in for Wauseon. Could be the difference they needed. Was this due to his parent(s) moving into the district?
great workouts going on at the barn. i have been a little busy so i haven't seen much, but from what jimmy kennedy and scottie b have said, thinks are going great. there are 13 different schools represented out there. Some real good match-ups. I think Northwest Ohio is just re-loading and should have another great year at State!
Between high school and jr high, about 20 placers. Some real good freshman that are ranked. I think we also need to include Cameron Slatman on wauseons line up. He's been working really hard and had a strong tournament down at disney duals. I also want to thank the local coaches for trusting us with there athletes and allowing them to come over to the barn. I think it really helps that these kids can work together.

How many other local camps can claim 20 or more state placers?
