First of all if you are a player I'd advise getting off Yappi and quit posting. Through the years I've seen some players get in some serious trouble with their team and their coaches by posting on Yappi.
Secondly, if you are not a player, you need to grow a thick skin. Yappi is a great place to come for a lot of high school sports information but it is also a place where a lot of joking around goes on and a lot of "poking the stick" and Most of it is just in fun but sometimes it does get mean. If you can't decipher the fun versus mean or if any of it really bothers you that much you would do yourself a favor by not reading a lot of the stuff on here.

The biggest name to watch at Summit is Michael Barwick(DT, OL). He's a junior getting national attention at the combines this summer(He had a good show down in Dallas recently and rumor has it that ESPN has him ranked as the #10 recruit from the class of 2014). Western Michigan has already offered him a scholarship with more to come.
Antonio Woods(jr) is back at QB. As a sophomore he led the team to a 7-4 record. He does need to work on his timing for passes but his scrambling ability gives them an extra weapon. I know Williamsburg last year didn't count on his elusiveness.
Warren Hill is a senior who they are expecting to be a leader and a key receiver. He's got speed and at times has shown he can catch the tough pass but has also dropped some easy ones. An example of what he is capable was shown last year in the CCD game when he caught an overthrown ball to keep a drive going at a critical point in that victory.
Christian Kuethe(sr) will be one to watch this year as well. He's listed as WR/CB but he could play QB if needed. He covers well and hits hard when coming up on the run. He and Hill have been the off season co-captains leading the team.
This team is light on seniors but I hear some underclassmen have stepped it up and have been providing leadership in the weight room and during summer workouts. Their biggest weakness will be on the OL where Barwick is the only returning starter. They lost an All State OLineman and 2 Anthony Munoz award winners(DL & OL) to graduation. They have a junior back to fill in one spot who is a good wrestler. He took a year off football for some reason but is coming back for his junior year(I believe his name is Otto Snell).
Summit has some talent in the skill positions but their success will weigh heavily on how quickly the new linemen develop.

Both of those games were closer than the score suggest. Summit has to get over the mental mistakes against CHCA and NCH. The past couple years Summit could compete with both of them but can't seem to get over the mental block that they are supposed to lose those two games every year. Maybe this is the year!
