All Cadet and Juniors looking for a serious Greco-Roman session ... this Thursday ... Gavin Speelman, USA Ohio's Head Cadet Greco Coach, will conduct a workout at Foxfire training facility in Northwest Ohio ... 2-4pm. All are welcome - no charge for the event - but we will be passing a hat to assist Coach Speelman with travel expenses and such. Those wishing to stay, are welcome to join the normal Foxfire Summer Session Thursday evening workout from 6-7:30pm. See
