I understand that Lockland did not put in a lot of work during the summer months in the past but they are waisting precious time by taking so long. Either they must have had some great, and talented coaches apply and are having a hard time choosing or the AD is umm....nevermind, but they are really hurting the program. Maybe they are waiting to bring in a AAU coach or something....just seems that their timing is off

Which girls team does he/did he coach? What has he accomplished? Is that the only place he has coached?
