I, along with all of SW Ohio, will be rooting for Lebanon and Greenville in their finals against North Canton Hoover, and LaGrange Keystone in the State Tournament in Akron. They represent us and the GWOC proudly!!! YOU GO, GIRLS!
It would be great if Lebanon can pull it off. It would only be Lebanon's 2nd OHSAA team title, and first in Division I. (The other was a DII football championship). There are a couple of club team titles in Boys' Volleyball as well. Strangely, tomorrow Lebanon is playing in TWO state title games, the girls' lacrosse club team is playing Anderson in the title game tomorrow morning.
What a class move last night in Akron - entire Greenville team and staff entered bleachers and cheered Lebanon on to victory - I'm talking full out support! I hope the Warrior nation returns the favor today...

I thought Lebanon's win against Mason in the regional semi was one of the best high school games this year.... 2-1 and exciting to the last pitch.

Absolutely. 8 girls from our conference, including all 4 representatives from SW Ohio in D1 from the GWOC. Impressive in what was considered by some as a down year in the league.
