AWC at 2012 Disney Duals
This will be our 4th year attending this great event. This is the year that our team comes home with the title!. .......

Open practice starts this weds at 6:15-8:15, and sunday 1-3pm.....More info to follow.

List of some past and present Ohio greats that compete with AWC:
Nate Skonieczny, George Dicamillo, Garret Linton, Zack Dailey, Cory Stainbrook....and many other North East Ohio Studs.

Last year there were 4 Ohio teams that made it to the top 12 finals bracket
AWC, Samson, StEds, and Ohio Hawks.

We all compete to win; we battle hard against each other. One of the most rewarding things to see is the way the wrestlers from each of these teams supported each other when they were competing against other teams. We are all looking to be in that top bracket again. We all are striving for the gold.

The Ohio Hawks wish everyone the best of luck and if AWC is the team that makes it to the top, just know we will be there supporting you and the other Ohio teams again. That’s what Ohio sportsmanship is all about.

AWC open practice youth-HS this wednesday 6:15-8:15. Will include technique, drill, live wrestling and strength training. Come workout with some of the best talent in north east ohio!

AWC open practice youth-HS today 6:15-8:15 at St. Vincent- St.Mary HS Cosgrove center. Workout will include technique, drill, live wrestling and strength training. Come workout with some of the best talent in north east ohio!
Open practices for all who attend today through April 8th, no charge.
Come and check us out.

Sign ups and registration for AWC Team Kryptonite Disney Team, start tomorrow at practice 1-3pm. We will discuss training and competition schedule, for spring and summer months. Expect to have a great turn out from some of Ohio's best... Dicamillo, Skonieczny, Stainbrook, and many more. If you want to train with the best, I will see you tomorrow. Practice will be held at St. Vincent- St. Mary HS Cosgrove center!

Awc had a great HS showing at yesterdays 1-3pm practice; in attendance, george dicamillo, nate skoz, ryan skoz, mike rix, cory stainbrook, josh decatur, aaron yonkers, and some talented youth and jrhg wrestlers. Next practice, is wednesday 6:15-8:15. Be there

The A in AWC stands for Akron, so only about 3 hours away from Dayton. LOL

Another great practice and workout today!!! These kids are not afraid to work hard. Some of NEO best putting in work; George Dicamillo, Nate Skonieczny, Cory Stainbrook, T.J. Fox, Josh Decatur, to name a few of the HS studs! Next practice is wednesday April 11 at 6:15 p.m., at STVM Cosgrove Center.

I agree, nothing wrong with trying to get better! We are in Akron. Probably a bit far to train for the trip. We do require that you train and participate in the work up for Disney. We are training to win this year and it will not be easy to say the least. Day three and four are no joke and you will see for the most part all nationally ranked wrestlers at that point. The kid asked how far away it was, and I told him. If you got a problem we can settle it on the mat, three 30 second periods, four mandatory water breaks, and unlimited injury time outs allowed, LETS ROLL!!

Yes, normal practices will resume on Wednesdays 6:15-8:15 and Sundays 1-3. Come ready to work it will be fun!

Wednesdays AWC workout was awesome! The usual studs in attendance; George DiCamillo, Nate Skonieczny, Cory Stainbrook, T.j. Fox, Ivan Mclay, AAron Yonkers, to name a few....with special guest Adam Koballa. Any spectator viewing this workout, would have thought these athletes were preparing for the state tournament....Definitely harder than the normal in-season practice. This is why some of Ohio's best put in work at the AWC!

We have 4 dual meet events in the month of june, if you are interested in competing, let me know.
