Who are some of the up and comers in the coaching world around Cincinnati? Any assistant coaches who will be a good head coach in the next couple of years? Anyone not coaching that should be?
Also, list some of the better head coaches in the area? Please don't list WINS and LOSSES as your ONLY criteria for why they are a good coach!

I find it hard to believe that no one has any suggestions on this topic.
I feel there are a lot of good coaches out there that could bring a new sense of "young" energy to a program and possibly prosper. Now, with that being said, I do understand that you have to know a little about the game to be successful. I feel a lot of young guys need to become assistants first to learn certain important things. Not only is knowing the game very important but running a "program" is a little different story. A lot of guys, even older coaches "micromanage" instead of "macromanage" What I mean by that is they ONLY look at their varsity team as the important part of the spectrum and forget about the development of the young kids.
Furthermore, I feel that being a good coach is also how you structure practices and how you manage a game. I have seen a lot of coaches who "know" the game per say, BUT have no idea on how to manage a game. Anyone can coach when they are winning 12-2 but I have seen a lot of mismanaging of the close games b/c they are unable to think outside the box to a few plays ahead.
So, with that being said, anyone have any young guys or older guys who put this ALL together and have those intangibles??
