The 2009 SSG Keith "Matt" Maupin Tournament will be held 4th of July weekend.
Our age groups this year will be 12u-13u-14u-15u-16u-17/18U
It will be a round robin format again. Top teams advance to one and out tourny.
Entry Fees will be $600 per team + 12 reg approved baseball new
If I have your email and participated last year you will get an email this weekend with all the important issues.

I wanted to get that date out as I know everyone has been waiting for it, with doing their scheduling. We have had some trouble finding a venue large enough for what we do. As of this posting we think we have found our new home. This was due to Tealtown not wanting this tournament held there. On that note please do not confuse the 21 Gun Salute Tournament to be held at Tealtown as the Matt Maupin Tournament. The 21 Gun has no association with the Maupin Tournament. That is a fund raiser for the Patriots Baseball Club. FYI!!
We will continue our efforts with this tournament and by giving all the proceeds to the Yellow Ribbon Center and the SSG Keith "Matt" Maupin Baseball Scholarship fund. We thank all the volunteers who help with this massive commitment and we welcome all of those who have played back again for another great year.
Please listen to WLW when Keith Maupin and Bootsy Collins launch a new CD dedicated to Matt to help raise money for the Museum that we are trying to get built to honor all our fallen heroes. They will be on with Bill Cunningham Wed Nov 26 afternoon sometime.
