How will this years team be? who are some of the players to look out for ?

the team should not be to bad. The JV squad was pretty good and the NBC does not have much coming up from their JV squads. L'ville will be fairly good, but with their deep fball playoff run they will get a late start on the bball season. Quez will be running the show and he has great dribbling skills. The position that will be the question mark is the center spot. We will have to rely on speed. We definately lost some talent from the team, ie TWilliams, Saunders, Terrell, and Andrews.

Mr. McLendon better keep his head on straight and keep it together in the classroom. He has a great senior year of sports ahead of him...best of luck to Quez!!!

The C spot should be fine. Dom Cooper is turning into a nice player. With him and Dartez Colbert down low and Quez running the point I look for Alliance to have a successful year. The NBC is down this year.

I heard today that Williams, Freeman, and Nordquist will be joining their teammate Mclendon on the court this year!....Should make for an exciting year!!

HOOP SQUAD will be contenders in the NBC, but don't see a District Title. Coach has done a great job since he came to Atown. We don't have too many basketball players, just athletes that play basetball.

Wouldn't let last night bring anything down going into Canton. This gave a good look at what is to come in the district. When Colbert returns to the floor I think things will be fine. Lets just get senior night under our belts and then we can get things rolling.

A win against Carrollton will mark the third straight season without a loss in harry fails gymnasium for alliance boys basketball.***

They didn't have video on East and they did not have Colbert down low. When Alliance goes into the tournament they will have plenty of film, studying, and scouting reports done on SVSM and Buchtel.

any way A.H.S. dropped there first home game in a long time, I think it was 30 in a row.
they must regroup go on the road vs Mooney then get ready for the Fieldhouse.

Very disappointing end to a great season that no one really expected!!....Once again, we just couldn't "figure it out" tonite against the Dukes....Figuring it out always seems to be Alliance's problem! :shrug:

Its tough for the old fans to understand this loss...The DUKES!!! Basketball is just not as important to our kids as it used to be..Playing at the parks, going to the "Y"
