Now that Walsh made it out of the toughest District in the State, things will be easier. I look for Walsh to take this one.

Your opinion is that Walsh's region was the toughest, but the Springfield region was just as tough. Kenton Ridge is hot at the right time.....DeSales was a top notch team that ran into a buzz saw on Friday. I believe DeSales would've given Walsh all they could handle & KR will be a tough out vs. any team no matter who is on the mound for Walsh. The championship game will be played at 10:00am on Thursday......not Sat. IMHO.

I didn't think the DII southwest regional was very good at all. Not to take anything away from Kenton Ridge but McNick was not a very good ball club at all. DeSales was a solid club, that's a nice win for KR. Walsh is on a different level than most of the DII schools.
