The Yellow Jackets are heading into Monday's game with a 7-7 record, coming off a split in a DH with Wapak. The Jackets take on their rival Indians in their second League match-up of the season.

Cory Echols pitched 6 innings of 3 hit, 8 strikeout baseball to pick up his third win of the season and the rest of the ball club did just enough offensively and defensively to pull off a 3-1 win @ Piqua. No Jacket recorded multiple hits, but Joe Stutz recorded a trememdous catch in right field to retire the lead off batter in the 7th.

The Jackets are now 8-7 heading into Wednesday where Sidney will host the Troy Trojans for the 3rd League game of the season.
