Honestly, I don't believe this is true. I looked on USA Today and even googled it and came up with nothing. Unless you can provide a source for your information, I would feel that its very unlikely that something so outrageous as this happened.

I do know in Japan i think there was a high school game that was 66-0 after 2 innings and the one kid gave up all 66 runs and pitched like 250 pitches
