With all the hype around Loftin at Stow a few players have been left in the shadows. Jarred Plazak as a leftfielder/DH and Alex Haines at pitcher. From what i have heard Plazak didnt get much playing time his junior year due to other talented seniors and Haines had a great junior year but is still getting no credit. Both of these players are off to great starts this season. Anyone have thoughts on why no one else is getting any credit in Stow?

They are getting credit at stow. Did you not see Haines pitch the other night.. 17 K's 2 2hitter againt lakewood??? And scoring runs wins ball games in baseball and if I can remember correctly plazek hit a dinger to go up 1-0..
The only reason Loftin is getting all the press is because he is a top D1 prospect along with a pro prospect. But it doesnt matter.. Did all of the kids at Walsh get recognized (like they should have) when they had Chad Rodgers.. the answer is that to NOPE!! But if you look at that walsh line up how many kids are playing D1 now?? 5!! All of those kids are getting noticed just because of Loftin's presence..
