Congrats to Terron Robinson for leading the team in scoring with 74 points(12 td's and a 2 point convertion). This was one of the best seasons ever for barberton receiver and I hope some local D1 schools took notice(Akron and Kent). I only wish that Robinson would have played WR last season.

I agree 100%. Why he didn't play wr is only in the master mind of Jay Glaze. That is the main reason he needs to go. His lack of talent evaluation. Good luck Terron!

Florida A&M maybe! He is a good player and probably a good kid, but not Seminole material! They have PLENTY to choose from down there. I have coached ALOT of D-1 players over my career and have NEVER had Bobby Bo or one of his assistants actually recruit one of my kids up here. Sorry, but I will have to see it to believe it. They didn't even look at Mario Manningham. I have a very good friend at Warren Harding and they sent a form letter or two. Robinson is NOT even in Manningham's league and you know it!

I dont know about FSU, but Terron is definatly D1 material. The MAC or even a Pitt, Marshall or Rutgers would be a great fit for him.

They should have come after Manningham since he is better than anything FSU has had over the last 4-5 years. Believe it or not, Barberton has had players at Florida State but not for a while. The Florida teams used to recruit Ohio, for some reason they stopped. The dynasty that Miami had in the 80's was launched by Ohio players. Jay Brophy(Buchtel) on Defense and Bernie Kosar(Boardman) on Offense.

Terron Robinson was hurt by not playing WR last season. Jay Glaze, in all his stupidity, had him playing Defensive End. I am hearing that most of the MAC is coming after him as is Louisville, Pitt, Illinois and Minnesota. I think he could do well at any of them.

Florida teams have given up on Ohio now that Toledo, Akron, Ohio State stay in state with many of their scholarships. You have to remember that there are less scholarships to give today as well.

Terron has terrific talent. He doesn't have killer speed which will hurt him but his hands and his height will be big to recruiters. I'd love to see him at a West Virginia, Pitt, or Louisville. He should take offers from the MAC seriously to. Too many kids wait for that offer from O State or Michigan and get left behind in Feb. If I could give him some advise I would say - Get Yourself Recruited. Too many kids think their coach (not saying Glaze doesn't have connections) can get them into a school when their coach has no real savvy with recruiters. For example, Hodakavic had not real voice with recruiters McNulty and Ries went out and got their schorships. There are only a few coaches like McDaniel, Flossie, Stacey, McGee, Dennison, and Boarman who have alot of clout with recruiters. The good thing for Terron is he played against three of those guys and I'm sure they are talking him up pretty good. Good Luck and enjoy being recruited Terron.
