The curator of my family's fortune (executor of the will per se') rectified THAT lil issue. The will was housed in a wooden framed courthouse in Middle Georgia. And shortly before the patriarch's demise, the courthouse mysteriously BURNED TO THE GROUND, with ALL of the important papers of the county, in tow. PROBLEM SOLVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THUS, 800 acres of prime farmland, plus existing structures, went to the current CURATOR of the estate. LOVE that family tree.
