Moore batted .292 (19-65), stole 15 bases with 14 RBIs. Pastella (10) and Scavnicky (21) drove in a combined 31 runs a year ago as freshmen.

Chance Laczko Bryant and Stratton, Alec Grzyb Walsh, and Olindo Pezzone YSU; Laczko and Grzyb all conference and all district
New impact players:
Drew Chizmar (1B/3B/P), Jordan Becker (IF/P), Eddie Bradley (OF/P) and Travis McMurray (C). All are freshmen.
Final Comments:
We believe we could use up to six pitchers in conference play. The speed and athletic ability of Pastella and Moore should give Scavnicky and Chizmar opportunities to drive in runs. We’ll dress four sophomores and seven freshmen on the varsity roster. There’s a possibility that six of those underclassmen might start at a time. We’ll find success if the underclassmen adapt to varsity competition during the season.
