Most of Jesuit philosophy comes straight from St. Ignatius with a little influence from Francis Xavier and a few others, but mostly Ignatius. A good place to start would be with The Spiritual Exercises

I would read Fr. Arrupe's speech where he coined the term. In some ways it was a Vatican II moment for the SJ. I googled it and found it here.
