New FB Coach: Tom Lombardo?

Saw in the football forum that Tom Lombardo is possibly going to be announced as the new football coach. This seems like a great hire and things should look up for Highland football. The Suburban League just keeps getting better...

I agree...definate upgrade for Highland and good for the SL. Now let's see what the blow hard "Commisioner of HS Sports" Jim Isabella has to say about this one.

Tha Bank heard that Akron Garfield contacted Highland about playing in week 3 of 2008. I think it would be a definite step up in competition for the Hornets in their non-league schedule. What you all think about it?

I would just like to say if you guys did play Highland you would kill them.

Is Garfield really that much better than St-V? If so, than yes, it would be a slight step up in competition.
