ProForce Sports Performance is happy to announce the addition of fixed duration programs.
2018 Spring Program runs 11 weeks (March 19th to June 1st).
*Make up sessions will be held June 4th thru June 9th.
Programs offered:
- Two sessions a week
- Three sessions a week
Athletes will be assessed using our functional movement assessment and power output profile that will vary based on sport.
Assessments will take place at the start, mid-term, and end of the semester.
